Last updated: 5 October 2026
This policy explains what information Isra Cosmetics collects when you visit isracosmetics.com or place an order, how we use it, who we share it with and the choices you have.
What we collect
- When you place an order: your name, home address, town or city, province, phone number and email address, and the products you order.
- Payment: you pay by Cash on Delivery or bank transfer. We never ask for or store card details on this website. For a bank transfer, we see the transfer details your bank gives us.
- If you have an account with us: your login details and order history.
- When you message us on WhatsApp or Instagram: your name, number or username, and what you send us.
How we use it
- To process, pack and deliver your order, and to contact you about it.
- To send you emails about your order.
- To answer your questions.
- To keep the website secure and working properly.
- To understand how people find our store (for example, from Instagram or Google) and to measure and improve our ads.
Who we share it with
- Delivery: the courier company that delivers your order receives your name, address and phone number.
- When the law requires it.
Cookies
Cookies are small files your browser stores for a website. We use them to:
- keep your cart, checkout and login working;
- keep the website secure and fast;
- remember your wishlist;
- record how you found our store when you place an order;
- measure our ads with the Meta Pixel.
Your browser also remembers the products you viewed recently. This stays on your device and is not sent to us. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but the cart and checkout need cookies to work.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by messaging us on WhatsApp. We may need to keep some order records for our accounts.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
